Do you currently operate a nonprofit, or have you been thinking about starting one? Revenue generation for nonprofits is critical to the organization and the support of its programs, but the methods to obtain revenue are not always so cut and dry. Through the University of West Alabama Online’s Continuing Education program, you can earn a Certificate in Nonprofit Administration. To earn the certificate, participants must complete two courses, including Revenue Generation for Nonprofits 1184.
In Revenue Generation for Nonprofits 1184, students will learn how to both increase revenue from a nonprofit’s current activities and develop new strategies for revenue generation. This two-month online course is divided into the following eight units:

Unit 6: Marketing Effectively

By the end of the course, participants will know which revenue generation programs to continue, how to develop new programs, how to promote services and programs effectively and how to use fewer tasks to yield larger results.
Revenue Generation for Nonprofits 1184 is one of two courses required for the Certificate in Nonprofit Administration and is being offered April 3 through May 26 and June 5 through July 28. The other course, Program Evaluation for Nonprofits, is being offered April 3 through 28, June 5 through 30 and Aug. 7 through Sept. 1.
